Retningslinjer for angrerett

Hello, I would like to request a refund for the charges on my Shopify account. The app/store has been almost completely unused, and I have been charged a significant amount of money without receiving any clear warning or notification that these charges were being made. I was not aware that I was continuing to be billed, and I feel that these charges are unreasonable considering how little I have used the service. I would really appreciate it if you could review my account and consider refunding the money that has been charged. Thank you for your help and understanding.
